Cipher Dispatch
Multi-department live dispatch with responder tracking, incidents, unit operations and provider-based integrations.
What it does
Cipher Dispatch gives Police, EMS and Fire one shared operational picture without making any MDT, phone or voice resource a hard dependency. Calls, unit locations, identities, assignments and radio operations update live while every department keeps its own rules and visual identity.
Included features
Police, EMS and Fire departments with independent jobs, statuses, visibility and vehicle-aware blips
P1/P2/P3 incidents with timelines, live timers, notes, assignment, GPS and restart recovery
Responder network with callsign, badge, platform, unit type, radio and operational state
Quick responder overlay, rebindable keys and automatic En Route or On Scene detection
Multi-member operational units, generated TAC channels and optional pma-voice joining
Provider APIs for MDT, phone, identity, voice, custom fields and external call sources
Interface previews
The console keeps incident detail dense, responder status readable and integrations separate from daily operations.
Important notes
- Cipher Dispatch works alone. Cipher MDT, another MDT, a phone and pma-voice are optional integrations.
- Framework jobs must be listed in the correct department before a responder appears in the network.
- Identity resolution prefers a registered MDT provider, then framework metadata, saved profile and generated fallback.
