Overview

What it does

The console keeps incident detail dense, responder status readable and integrations separate from daily operations.

Before installing

Important notes

  • Cipher Dispatch works alone. Cipher MDT, another MDT, a phone and pma-voice are optional integrations.
  • Framework jobs must be listed in the correct department before a responder appears in the network.
  • Identity resolution prefers a registered MDT provider, then framework metadata, saved profile and generated fallback.
