What it does
Cipher MDT gives police departments one place for dispatch, records and reports. It includes live CAD updates, civilian and vehicle lookup, incidents, warrants, BOLOs, citations, arrests, bulletins and supervisor tools.

Important notes
- The current README lists qbx_core as required. Standard qb-core is not directly supported by this release.
- The SQL file uses CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS and can be safely re-run.
- Check the repository upgrade notes before running any ALTER TABLE statements.
